Our current processing time is 1-5 business days (most of the time it's 2-3 business days, longer during holidays or high season). Please note that our fulfillment center operates Monday-Friday, 9-5 ET, and that we are closed on Saturday + Sundays and for all major US Holidays.

We offer pre-order on items before they are available. Details for release date are specified accordingly. You will be contacted should any delays in pre-order release dates occur. You will not be charged until the item is ready to be shipped. You will be notified about your pre-order item(s) availability and shipping expectations.

Please double check your shipping address and products on order before you check out. Once the fulfillment process has been started, it is difficult to make an update. Once an order has been picked up by a carrier using the address provided, the address can be changed for a fee (cost varies depending on the carrier). Please use contact page to email us with any urgent order changes and we will do all that we can to assist before fulfillment has begun. (Please note our office hours are M-F 9-5 ET)

All shipping carriers continue to experience some periodic delays. While we remain within our processing times, once the package leaves our fulfillment center we have little to no control on its safe passage to you. If your package is shipped within the U.S. and has not shown any movement for 7 full business days please contact us with your order number and we will be happy to contact the
carrier. Please note that during the increased online ordering seasons (November-January), packages might take more time to reach their destination than what is stated on at check out.

Yes! We offer international shipping for an additional charge. All of our shipments leave the U.S. and will spend time in the customs department once they arrive in their destination country. We cannot provide any customs clearance timing or cost estimates, but in most cases, shipments may spend anywhere from 3-10 days in customs. Items shipped outside of the United States can be subjected to a multitude of delays en route to their destination - please note that these delays are entirely out
of our control.

CUSTOMS/DUTIES
Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, VAT, and other fees levied by the destination country. In these cases, the recipient of such an international shipment will be subject to said import taxes, customs duties, VAT, and fees when the shipment arrives at the appropriate international facility. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; we have no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be. By clicking SUBMIT on your order, you are confirming that you understand your responsibility for any import taxes, customs duties, VAT, and/or other fees levied by the country of your shipping address.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for more information if needed. Please note that when customs clearance procedures are required, delays beyond our original delivery estimates can occur.

Please note that returns are not accepted on international orders.

Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered prior to delivery (we think it helps them move a little faster), your package has been delivered to a neighbor, or your package has been stolen. If this has happened to you, please reach out to the carrier directly online to notify them that your package isn’t there and reach out to your neighbors to see if anyone has received your package in error. If you've waited 3 days since receiving your delivery notification, contacted the carrier and your neighbors and still haven't gotten your order, please email us with your order number and we can help. Please keep in mind that claims can be submitted no earlier than 3 days and no later than 7 days after your item is marked as delivered.

You will receive a shipping notification to the email address on your order with your tracking number when your order has been picked up and scanned by the carrier into their system. Make sure to check your email address to confirm that it has been entered correctly before checking out and to check your junk folder. Please note that you might not see updates to your tracking information for 1-2 days while carrier process the package. Contact us if you have additional questions or concerns.

If your order arrived damaged, please save the shipping box or packaging your item was shipped in and contact help@papermuselife.com with your order number, picture of the damaged item. We will review your claim and provide you with next steps.

All shipping prices will be calculated at the checkout. They're based on your location, your order weight and size.

These are rough estimates for domestic (USA) shipping for one item (these prices can change at any time by a carrier or during holiday season:

Economy (5-7 business days) - from $6.99

Standard (3-4 business days) - $10.99

Priority (2 business days | 3:00pm cut off) - from $39.99

Overnight (1 business day | 3:00pm cut off) - from $49.99

You can mail your purchase to anyone as a gift. Be sure to include your recipient's mailing address in the shipping section at checkout. Our orders a beautifully packaged for gifting experience. Personal notes are not available at this time.

If you are ordering multiple items, they will be processed and shipped at the same time but can arrive in multiple packagings. You will get a tracking number for each package.

Regretably, we do not offer exchanges at this time.
