Shipping & Returns

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at the checkout, we are unable to redirect good since they are on route. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order number and shipping method.

Orders can take up to 1-5 business days to be processed. Please note, we do not ship on weekends. Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

When we offer pre-order sales on items before they are available, details for shipping times will be specified accordingly. Please note that our fulfillment center operates Monday-Friday, 9-5 ET, and that we are closed for all major US Holidays.

This online store uses United States Postal Service and United Parcel Service to ship all orders. Shipments cant take 1-10 business days, depending on location. Express shipping options area available. Charges area based on delivery location and weight and will be calculated at checkout.

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling costs are almost always completely out of our control and are based solely on charges from the third party parcel delivery agencies and/or foreign governmental postal agencies. All shipping and handling fees are displayed to you before your order can be completed, and all shipping policies and fees are considered accepted by you when you SUBMIT your order.

We create in small batches to minimize waste, and as such, we don't typically accept returns*. Please ensure you have selected all desired items at checkout to prevent any issues. We take extra measures to ensure all products leave our facility in optimal condition. *However, if your product arrives damaged, or you received a wrong item or if you're not 100% happy with your order, please get in touch within 14 days of your order date, and we'll sort it out for you.

IMPORTANT NOTE: All returned merchandise must be in new condition, unaltered, unused, free of any damage, and in its original packaging (boxes, plastic sleeves, etc) for the refund to be processed. The decorative boxes that your planners/notebooks/journals/stickers arrive in must be free of damage (do not put the return shipping label on this box). We cannot process planner refunds without the planner box or when there is writing inside. We cannot process stickers returns without the outer packaging (because the product could be damaged during return shipping).

To return an item, please email a return request with your order number in the subject line to return@papermuselife.  In your email please include the following:

• Name
• Date of purchase
• Reasons for return (include photos if necessary)

If your return request is approved, our team will respond with a return authorization (RA) number and shipping address. All returns must be approved and have an RA number.
When preparing the return, please include the following:

• Original Invoice
• RA number and/or return approval email

Shipping cost for online returns are the responsibility of the customers (a shipping fee will be deducted from your refund). We recommend that you use a shipping method that provides a tracking number, as we are not responsible for return shipments that aren't' delivered to our address.

You will receive an email confirmation once you return has been process. Refunds will be credited to the credit card you sued in making the applicable purchase. Please allow 7-10 days for the transaction to post.

We don not offer exchanges.

All items purchased on sale are final sales. There are no returns on sale items.
